Never in my life have I been: to the cinema alone or been to Australia

High school: Was fun, and very easy compared to life now. Sometimes I miss it. sometimes. ;)

My hair is: complicated!

Last Christmas: I had lots of fun with friends and family!

I should be: Getting ready to meet my boyfriend!

The happiest recent event was: My friends leaving party, It was sad but also very funny and I had a good time with my girls.

The animals I would like to see flying besides birds are: Penguins. I love them and would love to see one flying in the sky. (apparently they fly underwater but I thought that was just swimming! haha)

Last night I was: Out with two of my best friends, with good food and wine :)

Tomorrow I am: I am celebrating my 4 year anniversary with my boyfriend.

March Favourites

Eau Thermale Avene - This is just your average water spray in a canister - Although I haven’t tried any others to compare it to. I use this to close the pores on my face after I’ve washed it (my face) I use it after I’ve finished my make up to give more of a dewy look and It’s also good if your make up has to much of a powder effect. It could also be used to cool down and sometimes I spray it on my face to wake myself up in the mornings!

Per-fekt skin gel - a forgotten product that I found whilst having a clear out, I have this in luminous and it matches my skin colour completely, It is advertised as a primer but I use it as a foundation when I don’t want much coverage, it’s mattifying and stays on all day.

Redken Satin wear 02 - This is a heat protectant that you put on damp hair before you blow dry, make’s my hair feel silky soft and this bottle has lasted 4 months and it’s still going strong!

Lush skin drink moisturiser - I picked this after trying a sample and it cleared the dry skin on my nose straight away, I only use this at night because then I can slather it on! Doesn’t smell that nice but does what it says.

Body shop vanilla perfume- Smells of vanilla, but a bit of a warmer, musky vanilla. Really easy to wear. I wear it to work as we are not allowed heavy perfume in case we offend the customers!

Urban decay eye liner in corrupt - Love this colour, a dark brown. Easy to use with lasting power, can look simple for day and glamorous for a night out. I got this in the 24/7 stash.
Mac blush in Pink swoon - I love this! It’s very pigmented, so I only need a little on the brush. Gives a nice healthy glow and makes my skin look more alive now that it is so pale!

Glee - Finally got my attention back after the last two episodes left me flicking through the channels.

Running - The couch to 5k app on my Ipod touch is the best! It has got me so motivated.

Rilo Kiley - Portions for foxes is definitely my favourite album.

Payday Wednesday - My bank balance will finally be happy again

In and Out number 1

In
1) Snow day! Due to the weather I couldn't get to work, which was meant to be my first day back this year! Doesn't look like I will be back to next Monday...shame.

2)A clean, organised room. The snow day has given me time to give my room a good clean and get it all organised again.

3) Lush comforter bubble bar. My favourite, the smell is just divine and using it when it's snowing outside makes it feel even more blissful. :)

Out
1) chocolate,crisps, biscuits everything I over indulged in over Christmas has left my jeans feeling more than snug. My WW leader has given me a short term goal to lose 2 pounds by next week and hopefully I can manage it.

2)Money, all my bills were paid today which left me very little left to play with. only 2 more weeks until pay day though!

Skin Detox

So after all the binging at christmas my skin is now suffering. In order to get my skin back to it's former glory (well clear at least with only hormonal breakouts to contend with) I went out today and purchased Sanctuary Warming Charcoal detoxing mask.

The blurb

This mask is to be applied on clean skin and left for five minutes. I was worried at putting this on my skin at first, Hoping it didnt get to warm and cause a skin reaction like previous warming masks.However,It warmed nicely and left my skin tingling a bit. When I rinsed this off my skin instantly looked brighter and felt smoother. I was pleased with the results and am hoping with regular use in the next few weeks my skin will be back to it's old self.

This mask is for sale in boots for for around £8-9. And there is a warming charcoal body mask available also.
